REFLECTION
Psalm 33:3
"Sing to him a new song;  Play skillfully, and shout for joy."

The first of the year can always be used to reflect on the past year.  Whether good, bad, etc. always set goals for the upcoming 365 days.  Resolutions can be good, but YHC does a word for the year.  It's simple, and you can always just pull out of your pocket in needed times.  This year YHC chose "JOY"
-Prayers up for Muligan's coworker's family
-Prayers up for Closer's family
-All unspoken

MUMBLECHATTER
-YHC can't take credit for the beatdown delivered this AM.  This was a combination of workouts attended over the holidays at other AO's.  Although posting on vacation is worth something right?
-No takers on the Standard, until YHC wakes up to a late Slack post from Marker.  Sorry brother already crashed and didn't set alarm with no HC.
-Sonar's "I hate you" is the only gratification needed to validate a good Q.

-Mulligan made it feel like Scope was there #ShowToKnow

-Good to see Elk Knob back out even though he mentioned this not being the optimal workout to return after a brief hiatus.  We don't get up early to do EASY:-)
-The figure 8 portion was cut short when Abrams just about t-boned an F-150 multiple cars pulled into the bus lot creating a safety concern with bear crawls.
-Mater and Ziploc seemed to want to Q, even though the calendar was open as late as 2 PM yesterday?
-Diesel has his 50 degree hoodie on as normal.  He also was giving YHC some grammar lessons with his excessive use of "R's"
-Pretty sure Clark did 60% of the reps, though that means his partner did 60% of the running right?
-Mysterion shows up and silently beasts the workout.  Always great to see you out there brother.  Get signed up on the website!
-Two PAX went out last night for Bertha's Jeeves's birthday bash…only one posted.  (It rhymes with Wrinkle)
-C# seemed please with all the running.  Kudos to he and Sonar for heading out to support Closer and family yesterday.

-Boucher was ALL smiles!  Thinking he was thinking about his (hopefully) soon VQ.

-Coffeeteria was lit!  Guns, PAX weight gain loss, & Colleges (and ratios) were among the discussion. The (1/2)Marathon boys were there,  Lightbulb shows to give Zippy a lift back to the garage after his weekly tire change, and Toto shows after being stood up by a few Denver PAX over in Hville.
-Challenge to the PAX—Q once a month this year.  Make it a fight to get on the calendar.  We're grown men, brother Mater shouldn't have to push us to sign up.  If you are reading this, WE WANT TO SEE YOU Q.  Whether a new or seasoned PAX, get signed up!

Always a pleasure to lead and be led by you fine men!
