A little bit of everything at The Vanquisher

We got a little bit of everything in the first Vanquisher workout of 2020:

  • Warmup
  • Hop the balls w/ burpees between
  • Planters: Jump ups, incline merkins, people's chair, step ups
  • Run to bars for Australian pullups
  • Run to tree for lunges and crab walk
  • Run to playground for pullups
  • Blocks: Curls, swings, lawnmowers, shoulder press, bench press, skull crushers
  • Run to Mary
