- Warmup
- Hop the balls w/ burpees between
- Planters: Jump ups, incline merkins, people's chair, step ups
- Run to bars for Australian pullups
- Run to tree for lunges and crab walk
- Run to playground for pullups
- Blocks: Curls, swings, lawnmowers, shoulder press, bench press, skull crushers
- Run to Mary
