#5=To the pull up bars and 20 pull ups OYO/air squat while waiting/flapjack
#6=To launchpad and bear crawl 4 paces do 2 merkins, and repeato until 20 TOTAL mekins are complete. Crawl bear back to start
#7=To the dock and 20 leg ups on dock/wall sit while waiting/flapjack
#8=To the block pile and 20 skullcrushers IC (twice)

-Apparently Sonar confirmed the Q with Mater and Diesel at church but was slow to make it official on the calendar. It was the PAX's loss as they had to settle for this workout. Bellz is still open Friday so can't wait for what you have for us Sonar!
-YHC packed up the old spacewatch to hand to Marker so he could start setting PR's but left it on the counter. Will get to you soon.
-Clark gets blasted with rain run off at the docks among other, less pleasant things during MARY.
-Strudel ventures down to visit with us Mater. He has the Q tomorrow at SVU so be sure to support him there.
-Diesel looks like Toto in the gloom, or YHC was still struggling from the Disney hangover and 4 hours of sleep. He also only got his toes wet during the workout which was impressive with all the rain.
-Was anyone aware Mater got new mirrors?!?
