It rained, it poured, and 3 showed. My first Q of 2020, and first Q in a while (thanks for the push Jaws). I saw Bob Ross at RBP on Sunday and told him he should come out to Titan. He said yes (obviously didn't check the weather).
I had a variety of ideas to implement, but elected to keep the bulk of the 45 minutes under the little bit of cover available at Titan due to the rain (and occasional lightning).
We started by moseying over the the main entry, and circled up for warmup in cadence x10: SSH, Abe Vagotas, Imperial Storm Troopers, Carrot Puller, and Arm circles.
Next we did 11's, alternating between dips and incline Mericans (1 dip + 10 mericans, 2 dips + 9 mericans…)
since we only had 3, we did a modified version of Dora, where one PAX ran sprints, on PAX planked, and the other PAX performed the given exercise. Exercises and reps were as follows:
MericansX100, SquatsX200, LBCX300
After the first round of Dora, wall sits with touch dem heels was next. Added one more round of Dora since we had the time

After this, we moseyed back to the side entry covering and wrapped up with Mary-go-round (each PAX calls an exercise) and then 10 Burpees OYO. Recover-Recover.
