YHC has reviewed 2 prior BBs from Cauldron Qs the eve of this Q, thus had a good idea for what would offer the Pax a strenuous, exciting, fun and memorable beat down and one that would bring their week to a rewarding and gratifying close.
Then TopGun stated "if you don't do 50 SSHs in cadence, Soprano will be disappointed." So 51 IC we did, the wienke was never referenced again.
We went wherever the pax wanted and did whatever they suggested.
We finished with traditional MWAR.
YHC hopes your pecs and abs remind you in the morning how important your fitness is to me.
Coffetereia was tremendous- we were missing just Soorano and maybe one other. We may have had 9.
YHC left coffeteria, went home to shower, returned 45 mins later, then stayed for another 9 hours and 5 cups of coffee. Likely won't sleep til the next F3 Christmas party.
