FNG1 = Lu Lu

8 pax emerged from the gloom (3 solo cars and a clown-car with 5) for flexibilty, strength, and balance work. TheForce, who 'liked' the #PB, was noticably absent. All in-cadence exercises and even some other exercises were in multiples of 3.

Thang – from the crowd that doesn't care who is offended, and written by the Sarcastic Elf (YHC) "some people did some things". What, you wanted more detail? Here's a little, but imma call this a skinny backblast, because I have work to do.

We warmed up the legs with slow squats and lunge pulses; that was followed by 3 yurpees and hamstring/glute stretches via triangle pose. Additional work included, but not have been limited to…

  • Cobbler pose, Frog
  • Glute bridges, seated hamstring stretch, single leg glute bridges followed by more seated hamstring stretches
  • Figure 4 glute stretch, flapjack
  • Leg burner progression: starting with yurpee, into runners pose, crescent, warrior 2, reverse warrior, warrior 2, warrior 1, warrior 3, 1 leg standing split w/hand on ground, crescent, back to plank. Same thing other side.
  • neck stretch, shoulder stretch, chest stretch, upper back stretch
  • kneeling quad stretch

Toxic reverantly took us out. T-claps

Moleskin:

  1. It seems as though Lu Lu is embarrased by the company he keeps, as he's still not registered on the website and doesn't want his Crossfit community to know what he's found here. Sharing is caring. Note that the clown car charges him a fee for the ride, just to make him feel more at home. So thoughtful.
  2. Omaha promised to amp up the intensity at future Stretch workouts, upon request by Tagless, who called him a sissy.
  3. Die Hard committed to naming an FNG Boss Hog, so that Lu Lu would have a partner at his first bootcamp. In the meantime, introductions will be made to Boar Hog.
  4. Ultraman, upon hearing that Moses was too inflexible to run long distances, pulled a muscle while sitting down.

You can do as much as you think you can, but you'll never accomplish more. Until next time. Peace, Gents.
