Plot Twist

PB didnt spell it out but it was the last Monday of the month so pax should expect a murph right?  True we were a little over a mile from the Arnies Army pullup bars but that wouldn't stop us.  With a few complaints and suprises we headed out to head to the Arnies AO for the earliest murph in LKN.  With the extra running we didnt get alll 10 sets in but got 8 done and a few of us were able to get in the rest of the merkins and squats on the way back.  Unfortunately an aggressive rock bit carpetbagger in the ankle on Birkdale Commons.  It left quite a bite so we hope he can heal up soon.  The rest of us felt better for doing the murph and got some coffee and discussed marriage, monogomy, and the need to stay vigilent in protecting our marriages and putting effort into them.  Great discussion as always, I appreciate everyone's hard word and the good discussion.
