Getting Stronger For The Ones We Love

Over the last few days, we have all heard about and seen the footage of the ongoing tragedies that occur on a daily basis. The deaths of the people involved in the helicopter crash hit home a little more and struck a nerve. For me personally, seeing the love that Kobe and the other parents had for their aspiring 13 year olds was beautiful but the images made my stomach drop. My heart hurt for the families who are now without their love ones. Please cherish the time you have, take the time to tell your love ones that you love them, and give the hugs and kisses you want because life is too short. So today we worked out to get stronger for the ones we love so we are there for as many moments as we can.

Pax instructed on the pyramid we would perform including curl, bent over row, skull crusher, overhead press, and squat followed by a run down to base of hill where Horseshoe begins. Pyramid up to 5 starting with one repetition of each exercise, continuing by adding one repetition each cycle, and back down to 1.
