Saw on Twitter that Carpetbagger wrecked his ankle and Fescue was out of town, so YHC stepped up (as a 1st F Q is duty-bound to do) and took the Q. Pulled in at 0450 to set up some toys and waited for anyone to arrive for The Standard. 0501 rolled around and the parking lot was empty, so YHC sat in the warm car and played games on his phone. At 0526, YHC thought this was going to be a sad clown but then Buckeye pulled in making it an official workout. We waited for any stragglers and launched at 0531. We moseyed around a bit and then found a nice spot for the disclaimer and warmups.

Mosey to the parking lot in front of the church where YHC had set up the following stations
- 40lb KB – Bent Over Row
- 35lb dumbbell – Skull Crushers
- 30lb KB – KB swings
- Two 25lbs dumbbells – Bicep Curls
We did EMOM AMRAP the first time around and then 25 of each OYO the second two times. In between we ran some laps, and went to the tennis court for bear crawls and merkins.
