FNG-1 is Rogue, FNG-2 is Mr. Miyagi, FNG-3 is STP, FNG-4 is Overboard

Last night I let my emotions control the worst in me and showed up to The Green with a chip on my shoulder…hellbent on punishing the pax. Never a good thing no matter how you look at it.

6:59 my top blew and I started the workout…no disclaimer, no warmup…we started running out Concord Rd. (STRIKE 1)

About 1 mile in 3 pax turned around (STRIKE 2)

The rest of us continued out Concord Rd. turned right on Kimberly Rd. and headed to the bottom of the Patrick Johnson Hill for 3 hill repeats. Then it was back to The Green via the Greenway and South St.

We got back to Green at 7:50 (STRIKE 3)

For those counting, which I don't think any of the pax present were as they were quite pissed with me, we covered almost 5 miles.

  • Letting your emotions take over and then trying to take them out on the group is a really bad idea, I proved that last night. A few guys showed up right at 7:00 or just after only to find no one at The Green. Q'ing a workout that is going to leave some pax behind is not cool. Going past the allotted 45 minutes…again not good
  • I was humbled when the pax spoke up to voice their frustrations. Last night I put myself first, completely throwing the "I am F3rd" aside
  • My apologies to all the Sweatshop pax that showed up last night
