Beat Down:

Mosey to CB stack

Squats 20 OYO, Low curls 10, High curls 10, squat w/OH press 10 IC, Skull crushers 10 IC, 

Twist press 10 each side OYO, Sit-ups 20 OYO, Russian twist 20 OYO, Step up and over 20 IC, Mtn Climbers 20 IC, Step-up and leg raise 10 each side OYO, Twist lunge 20 IC,

Without CB: two man relay, three sets of exercises 50 Merkins, 100 dips, and 200 squats.   One partner begins exercise. Partner runs to point mid parking lot and back, tags partner and picks-up count.  Continue until all there exercises are complete.
