AO

4 pax completely ignored the "closed for Winter" signs and invaded the GAGA AO this morning to do some 800s.

YHC had mentally prepared for 6 x 800, but upon his arrival Auto declared that his plan called for 7 x 800.  It ultimately did not matter for YHC, as my achilles started tightening up after the 3rd 800, and I made the call to do some stretching and easy jogging for the rest of the time.

Woodstock was out in front all morning, as usual.  One of his 800s was good for #2 on the GAGA 800 Strava segment.

Woodstock and Auto completed all 7 of the 800s, and Anchovy completed 6 before joining YHC for an easy lap.

Auto and Anchovy were not far behind Woodstock on any of the 800s, and in fact finished alongside him on a few.  Woodstock may have pumped the brakes some, but then again, Auto had a strong 3:07 on his last 800, his best of the morning.

We finished with an easy lap together, and then Auto took us out.

Great temps and great morning with these gentlemen.  MQ Hoodie was missed, but in his defense, the AO was supposed to be closed, and he's just finished a Whole 30 cycle, so he gets a pass this morning.

Aye!
