Pull, Push, Legs and Lift

Four Men joined me today for some basic pull, push, legs and lift, thank you for working hard!

Warmup:
SSH x 20 IC
Monkey Humpers x 10 IC + Thigh Stretch
Windmills x 10 IC + Ham Stretch
Divebombers x 10 IC + Arm Circles Forward and Backward

The Thang:
Mosey to playground:

Round 1:
Pullups:  5 set of 10 reps (or max), mosey to parking lot for 2 minutes timed sit-ups, then 2 sprints up Big Baby Hill

Round 2:
Pushups: 5 sets of 20 reps (or max), 2 minutes of flutter kicks, then 2 sprints quadraphilia up Little Baby Hill

Round 3:
Legs:  Parking Lot:  50 forward lunges per leg up and down the parking lot, 1 minute of LBC’s, 1 minute of Reverse LBC’s

Round 4:
Lift:  To Playground:  5 sets of Block Presses, ran out of time for the rest of what was planned…
To parking lot for American Hammer until 6:15 finish

Reflection:
St. Matthew  6:14-15, a lesson in forgiveness and hypocrisy: 
For if ye forgive men their trespasses your heavenly father will also forgive you. But if ye forgive not men their trespasses neither will your father forgive your trespasses. 

Mumblechatter:
I did hear some feedback on the repetitive nature of this workout but the men worked hard even with my lack of creativity.  Good time was had by all.
