1) Great to be able to lead the group this morning

2) Grandma got to meet some new PAX this morning and they were not all that happy about it

3) Little running was involved but more that YHC hoped for

4) 5 for a 2 mile standard with 1 running a total of 4 Mi and one with 5 Mi

5) Can't believe Toxic missed his first workout as MQ….. but YHC and Blackbeard handled it,..  You're welcome Toxic
