FNG-1 is my son “MC”. I have to get him on this so he can enjoy the musings from all the back blasts.
So, a week or so ago, my phone lit up with the ever popular “@channel” feature we all love on Slack. That tool is powerful. Like Gandolf when he told them to “light the beacons”. Family dinner is put on hold. Client meetings interrupted. The world stops spinning. So, when I saw Cheez Whiz throw out there that he was looking for a Brickyard Q, the 3rd IPA I was enjoying strongly suggested that I pounce on the opportunity like a ninja.
Fast forward to yesterday at The Rock, I was reminded that I have the Q today. I immediately checked the forecast and groaned as I saw there was a 60% chance of rain. Too late. I was committed. I awoke at 4:50am to find MC waiting for me on the couch. No rain. It’s going to be a good day. The workout went something like this.

I tried to move on. Hummer protested.

Mosey to the bottom of Jet hill.
Soon to be renamed as I believe they are moving.
Up, down, visiting each driveway entrance and returning to the bottom.
Each stop had 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 stacked.
Dips, LBC, Mericans, squats, and more.
Return to the bottom.
Indian Run back. This was a colossal failure on every level.
