Stops were Kenton fountain, Robbins Park pavilion and Crafty Burgers. Full plate of pain included curb kickers, Freddie Mercuries, incline Merkins, step ups, dips, low flutter, plank jacks, squats and LBCs.
Wind should have been at our backs more on return loop, but not enough. Returned in time for one MARY exercise: the crunchy frog whilst Stromboli made an early exit to Stbux.
