A Buck Fitty w/ a Pull-Up Twist


17 distinguished gentlemen met to get after it … here is the quick version of the story.

 

Normal warm up and then mosey to the block pile.

  • Pick a partner, pick a block

  • Circle up at parking spot #13

 

Dora rules:

Partner A runs to pull up bars, does 5 pull ups and runs back, partner B does block exercise

At the completion of each exercise, both partners complete 15 WW2 sit ups

Dora Block Exercises:

  • 150 curls

  • 150 squats

  • 150 shoulder presses

  • 150 skull crushers

  • 150 merkins

  • 150 bent over rows

 

Return blocks and return to parking lot to circle up

Mary:

  • LBC x 20

  • Low Flutter x 50
