Warmorama:

SSH x 24, CP x 15, WM x 15, Run 0.5miles

The Thang:

Many stations were arranged by the Q and Pax did 10 reps of each exercise.  Q lost his sheet that he wrote the workout on so I'm just going to list the ones I remember.

  1.  Calf raises x 2 sets – 20lb kettlebell
  2.  Bench x 2 sets – 35lb kettlebell or 40lb dumbbells
  3.  lunge with curls,  – 15lb dumbbells
  4.  Squats, step ups – 40lb sandbag 
  5.  Figure 8, Deadlift rows – 45,55lb kettlebell
  6.  Jabs, Hooks – 10lb dumbbells
  7.  Ball Fly, curls – 25lb dumbbell
  8.  Clean press/ kettlebell swing – 30lb kettlebell

Moleskin:

  • ?Good work men!
  • Modification definitely required for Q due to hurt wing…
  • Grip made an apperarance to Muscle Beach!
  • Great seeing Ozzie and Tool Time
  • Surf ran up to workout, warmed up and left due to hurt back
  • Prayers for Surf's mother in law, and the Friday family.
  • It was an honor men!
