THE THANG

The PAX each take a piece of paper and are asked to write down a favorite exercise and a number between 1-20.  The take your cone and sheet of paper anywhere in the parking lot and return to start for more instructions.

The PAX are instructed to run to a cone, any cone, perform said exercise, return to start and perform a designated exercise, then run to another cone, repeato repeato for ~10 minutes.

Round 1—as we have a few wise guys, YHC advises that for the number written down subtract that from 25 and that is your rep count for that exercise. Thsi did nto work out well for some…or did it?  Return to start exercise is 10 Squats

Cones

Squats x 10 = 15

Burpees x 15 = 10

Burpee x 1 = 24*evil-grin*

Freddie Mercurys x 20 = 5

WW2's x 5 = 20

Squats x 16 = 9

Diamond Merkins x 20 = 5

Monkey Humpers x 17 = 8

SSH x 20 = 5

Round 2—Same as before but PAX write a different exercise and number, still 1 – 20, on any card and return to start.  We used the actual number this time but most played it safe using 10-15 just to be sure.  Return to start exercise was 5 Merkins.

Joshua 1:9

"Have I not commanded you?  Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; Do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."

This group, and any other support group you may belong to whether it be church, Scouts, etc. are created for times like these.

MUMBLECHATTER

-Iron Horse got his water bottle back and apparently likes SSH's!

-Mater didn't recognize YHC (but would have if he posted to 1 or both of the Ruck assessments over the weekend)

-Rebound takes the Red Pill and tackles the 24 Burpees from the start.  He also saves the day with having "paper" in his car, however some poor development will have to move forward without their blueprints.

-Clark makes it in time for SSH's so YHC tests to see how far he can go given he rarely does them.  STK if you're interested at home.

-Tickle tries to sabotage the weinke/backblast by throwing away some of the evidence.  Can't wait untilt his VQ on 3/25!!!

-Mysterion (in true Duke Energy fashion) shows up after SSH'sbut kills the rest of the workout smiling (and yawning)

-Bertha dodges a bullet as Zippy doesn't post as he was wondering why Bertha zoomed by Fairfield Forest around 2 Pm yesterday but didn't stop to help with the pub crawl basement demo.

-Boucher scores some neat woodworking tools over the weekend.  Be sure to check out his Pinterest page in the coming weeks.

-Quarter Ruck 7 is coming up on 5/1/20.  We are shooting for 2 Denver teams of 4 to 5 PAX each.  Right now we have 5 so we are halway there.  Contact YHC or Zippy for more deets.

-Always a pleasure to lead and be led by this fine group.
