F3 Pole Fit at Fallout (and ALWAYS at least 6′ from one another)

Been a busy day so I'll make this short.  These 9 men posted in the gloom not sure who the Q would be, but with so much uncertainty surrounding us these days, this is "normal".

Hasselhoff and YHC discussed both our PBs and it was determined that YHC would go ahead with the Q.  After all, YHC had planned for the rain and for the social distancing, so away we went.

Warm-o-rama (this was less planned as YHC almost forgot to lead it entirely)

The Thang:

Get ya blocks.  Carry them up the parking lot hill.  Stop a few times for exercises then running around the parking lot.  The farther we ventured, the longer the run.

Eventually got to the school and the outdoor hallway, which happens to have poles perfectly placed approximately 8 or so feet apart.  Yes.

Everyone now had their own block and their own pole.  Various block exercises and various pole exercises.  Curious – next time show to know…

MWAR – didn't take place, as YHC didn't bring the rope.

MWAP – did take place, and the pax got very comfortable and familiar with their own pole.  We touched out poles with our hands and our feet.  Often.

Then post-Mary (which again was not "normal" but what is "normal" right now?) we made our way down the hill with the blocks, again doing exercises the entire way and even stopping for exercises as well.

The Moleskine:

Hard to be funny right now.  Each pax announced a prayer request for someone or some group in the community as they said their F3 name, hospital name and birth date. All good requests, and all were mentioned when we took a knee and YHC took us out.

Not once did we touch the same block or pole, nor did we touch one another.  We can do this.  We've lifted one another up over the years and now will be no differect, except now we must collectively lift all of F3 up at once, together.

See you in the gloom, boys.
