We opened our COVID – free journey through the jungle with a slow mosey around the parking lot to the pull-up bars. There we warmed up with all exercises in multiples of 6 all in cadence to reflect our social distancing space:
- 18x side straddle hops
- 12x Imperial Storm Trooper
- 12x Toy Soldier
- 12x Windmill
- 12x Moutain Climbers
- 12x Merkins
We grabbed blocks and continued our social distancing workout with:
- 6x 8-count man makers
- 12x low curls
- 12x high curls
- 12x chest presses
- 12x shoulder presses
- 12x laying skull crushers
From there, we slow moseyed to the stairs behind the church and did:
- 6 squats
- high knees up the stairs
- 2 burpees
- sprint down
- 4 squats
- high knees up the stairs
- 4 burpees
- sprint down
- 2 squats
- high knees up the stairs
- 6 burpees
And then we repeated. And then we threepeatoed.
With evevery, especially Toxic, already complaining, we stopped at the turn about for a mobility moment or 5.
Then to the hill of death where we did:
- 6 jump lunges per leg
- quadraphiliaed up the hill
- 2 burpees
- 4 jump lunges per leg
- quadraphiliaed up the hill
- 4 burpees
- 2 jump lunges per leg
- quadraphiliaed up the hill
- 6 burpees
And then we gave everyone a break and only repeated once.
Mosey to the school building for people's chair, balls to the wall, and muhammad ali's left everyone pretty tired. And then we did a round of Mary from everyone.
