With no upcoming races to train for, 4 still showed up at Birkdale Sbux at the later hour of 0630. Tron came running over from his homestead, as did Coach Optimus. After a Lego and Anchovy sighting finishing their run, our route looped back into the Birkdale neighborhood over to the McCauley side and back to Sbux for an 6 miles. Low traffic, No coffee, No school, working from home..crazy times indeed.
