The Thang
Odd numbers – merkins, squats, and LBCs (20 repetitions)
Even numbers- Carolina dry docks, alternating lunges, and low flutters ( 20 repetitions- one repetition per leg)
Start at first bus parking space, do exercises, and then run to parking spot 18 and back stopping at spot and working way up parking spots. Switching between odd and even number exercises.
Mary – some standing stretches and then everyone participated in Mr. Holland's punishment for fartsacking the week prior on his Q. Burpees, merkins, and squats.
Strong work by all. Social distancing was in full practice by all.
