After a rare day working from home, YHC was itching to get out and enjoy the weather. So following the final conf call, Zare and I set out for LFC for a 5pm beatdown at LFC. We took KBs, music, gloves and grabbed blocks when we got there.
Short warmorama then we hit the pull-up bars for 3 sets of pull-ups then chin-ups. That's a brutal way to start a workout. Then block work and running, with a merkin countdown through the parking lot along the way.
We also built a bench press out of blocks and used our KBs for 3 sets of presses and flies ouch
Then Mary.
Put a solid EH on a fella named Dan who arrived for pull-ups around 5:30pm. Look for Dan some Saturday. He's a pull-up master for sure. Also a semi-pro poker and writer. That's sure to pull a great F3 nickname if he shows.
Continually thankful for my health, my family, my work and all that God has blessed me with, including getting workouts in woth my 2.0 and 2.1 multiple times each week.
