To keep me from losing my sanity as we all deal with the Coronavirus, I have vowed to myself to keep working out. Big shoutout to Stapler, Ultraman, and Diehard for the virtual workouts.
This morning I decided to push myself with:
The Vern. (3/4 mile run, 5 rounds of 10 pull-ups, 20 dips, 25 American Push-ups and 30 LBCs with a lap between each exercise, 3/4 mile return run).
