SSH, Toy Soldier, Cotton Pickers, Windmills, Mericans, Plank jacks all IC

Deep Dish:

Mosey to Chipotle parking lot

4 Corners

10 Apollo Ono's, 20 Mericans, 30 Squats, 40 LBC's

Back down dropping 1 exercise at each corner.

Holiday:

Grab a block, all pax on a parking space line.

10 Curls at line 1, walk 2 lines, 8 curls, repeato down to 2, Zamporini back to start and plank it out.
Repeato with Shoulder Presses
Repeato with Lawn Mowers
Repeato with Upright Rows

Snake run thru lot.  Blocks back, mosey to Barnes & Noble.  Rocky Balboas IC.  Mosey to start.

Toxic:

Elbow plank, walk up as far as possible keeping core tight, walk back x 10.

Side plank, side bends x 10 each side

Recover, recover
