The Thang

 

5 rounds of 7 exercises 20x IC

  1. Merkins
  2. Squats 
  3. LBCs
  4. Dips
  5. Alternating Lunges
  6. Freddie Mercury’s 
  7. Carolina dry docks

Run a short distance of your choice or 5 burpees or 5 (8) count body builders to get your heart rate up following each round.
