Sometimes you feel like having a relaxing workout, then other times your friends egg you on to create a totally crappy workout – this was one of the crappiest workouts I can remember.

To ensure that the workout would be exceptionally crappy, 10 new blocks were purchased to ensure each PAX would have two (2) blocks to carry during the first portion of the beatdown.
