- – We stretched of course. Started with some easy hamstring stretches and into some Yupees to warm up with calf stretches.

- single leg then double leg seated hamstring stretches
- finishted with Cornwallis wall and Toxic Toilet.
The Moleskin
- I am not sure if it is the 2 months off or being 2 months older, but the Q was stiff and even lost his balance once.
