We stayed within the guidelines with 10 total Pax

Warm 'o Rama

Things kept moving with 2  4 corners circuits x 3 revolutons each

Blocks Curls (10), Jump Squats (20), Merkins (30) and WWII situps (40) x3

Block presses(10), Plank Jacks (20) (some on the elbows, some not), Carolina Dry Docks (30), Big Baby Crunches (40)

along with several other block excercises and other things.

And did I mention the 5 Burpees, every 5 minutes?  Well that happened too.

And I can't forget the tunes and the best play list ever.  The younger pax couldn't even name half the artists. Crocs (not saying any names).
