9 pax emerged from the gloom, expecting Soprano to quietly inflict pain and smile about it. YHC disappointed them, but not for too long.

Warmorama: 1 burpee, 15x SSH, 2 burpees, 15x IST, 3 burpees, 15x windmills, 4 burpees, 15x Willy Mayes Hayes, 5 burpees, 15 perkins. 

Thang: mosey to the parking lot exit & regroup with 15x Makhtar N'Diaye. Mosey to the St. Mark Elem School service entrance hill, where 11s ensued. Quadraphilia to the top, 10 squats at the top, run down, 1 shoulder touch merkin at the bottom, 9 squats, 2 shoulder touch merkins, etc.

Gather at the top for various forms of runners stretch & quad strengthening exercises. For more of this, meet at the Oakhurst pavilion Wednesday at 5:30am.

Mosey to parking lot exit for more Makhtar N'Diaye 15x. Mosey to the parking lot for Plank Clock, with Peter Parkers, side planks and Parker Peters. Mosey back to launch point for 6-Min of Mary, including (but not limited to): obliques, low flutters, low Dolly, and walk the plank.
