Sorry this is late….I think I missed a few of the new folks whose names didn't pull up.
Warm Up
Side-Straddle hops x 20
While Hefty struggles to get to warmed up, the rest of us are all in on a lap around parking lot. Back to the lauch for a little bit of give me one, give me two.
Merkins – in cadence, we make it full circle around 14 before I call it
LBCs – same
We bust out a run around the track to prep for some sprints. From the starting point, we sprint to each of 3 cones and back, performing a variety of workouts at each cone…merkins x 5, bicycles @ 10 count, LBCs x 5.
We then mozey to the bottom of the parking lot and quickly switch to quadraphilia to the top, only to knock out Burpees x 10.
Surprise! We have more sprints…maybe another 3 back up the hill, finishing off with a typical set of suicides.
In all, I think we got in a little over 2 miles. It was a please folks!
