This was YHC's first Q outside of The Sword in some time. The plan was formulated while sitting on the porcelain throne. YHC arrived to see only Frogger stretching. Soon after – 5 more pax showed up. It was time to go. We set out bells down, a disclaimer was given, and we got into the warm-up.

The Thang
Set our bells in a line. Do an exercise, run to the basement, quadraphelia back to bell, move up to parking lines. Rinse and Repeat. We did 4 rounds of curls x 10 IC and then 4 rounds of Skull crushers x 10 IC. Took the stairs to the top deck for a standing incline press/Merkin ladder. 10 incline press at the top, run down one ramp and do 15 merkins, quadraphelia back to the top. Merkins decrease by 1 for each round. Got down to 5 merkins.

- It took Frogger a full 30 minutes to get distracted from the workout to chat it up with CG ladies. The man never misses an opportunity.
- YHC was the war baby by quite a bit. Where the young guys at?!
