Slippery Ladders

It was raining when i went to sleep and raining when I woke up. Would the rain continue through the workout? Only one way to find out. I arrived and Cherry Bomb was running laps for a standard, nice push CB. It was extremely humid this morning and I knew this was going to suck. 5:30 arrived so it was time to begin. We moseyed around all the paking lots to get to the pull-up bars and circled up.

Carpet bagger must have known pull-ups were on the schedule as he began them before YHC announced them so he got an extra set in – #overachiever

Camel Back looking strong as always and his VQ is still the talk of COT

Crocs is Mr. consistency as i see him at every workout these days

Red October did sweat today and wasnt happy it happened – you are welcome sir

Rocket was still a little sore from yesterdays 16 mile MTBing but proceeded to push that aside and attack the workout

Toxic has to think of a new plan for Gladiator as i used one of his planned excercises. He may surprise you with a 45 minute Mary now?

All-in we did 220 ladder excercises, 55 of each. Not a bad start to the week. Thanks for the Q opportunity Cherry Bomb. Get on the calendar so you too can explore this AO, and any other for that matter.

Stay safe,

UM
