8 men had a Toxic Meltdown at Gladiator this morning. I was hoping for a better selection of PAX, but we settled for what we got.
After a brief Warm-a-Rama, we headed for Copperhead Hil, and proceeded to Crabwalk feet first up the hill, in honor of Soprano.
this was followed by 3 rounds of Quadraphilia/walk the Plank/Dot the "I"
Mosey to the school for some People's Chair, Praying Mantis, side arm presses, and pulsating balls to the wall. We threw in some Side to Side Mericans, and stretch for good measure.
Finally we closed out with some Mary.
