– Fabio did the 0530 speedy version, took a nap, then killed the 0700 version. The new haircut is obviously paying dividends.

– The 0700 version was a nice, steady slow jog.
– A surprise rain cell jumped up on us entering Covington. Cooled us down until it didn't.
