Mosey to bottom of K2 / greenway next to the playground.

All parties run to the top post near lot & back to first rock pile.

8 rock piles in total.  Each set, run to top & back, then exercises at the first two rock piles then progress until finishing all 8.

Mosey around Bailey Mid School track to stairs.

All parties run single steps up & down stairs 2 times, then 2 exercises at bottom before next step – LBCs, scorpion dry docks – Dying cockroach,   

All parties run double step ,up & down –  pretzel crunch, shoulder touch mericans

Mosey to football field plain of the end zone for The Mini Michigan

4-40s, 3-30s, 2 – 20s, 1-10, then mosey back to lot for MARY & Stretch
