Come on guys, a little math is not that hard. Is it??

Also present — Na Na Na (Lance Carlisle); need to get him on the website

Well, I didn't have a big plan coming into Fission, but I thought 11's sounded like a good idea.  Though, looking back, 11's are probably never a good idea.  And to make it slightly more formidable, one of the exercises was doubled (so 2 reps count as 1).  Major confusion here — will get to that in the Moleskine.  Here's what we did…

Warm-o-Rama:

Lap around the parking lot, followed by the following in cadence:

SSH x30

IST x15

Cotton Picker x12

Windmill x12

Mountain Climber x15

Merican x10

Mosey to side of school by the playground

The Thang:

11's – pullups and squats(x2) — meaning two squats counted as 1 rep of the 11

Mosey to back of school

11's – squat thrusters and dips(x2)

Mosey to front lot curb

Muhammed Ali's IC x15

Mary (IC):

Low dolly x10

Double leg raise x10

Pretzel crunch x15

LBC x15

Dying cockroach x10

J-Lo x10

Low W x10

Mason Twist x10

Moleskine:

– Ok, so it wasn't a hard thing to count, but I was mistaken.  Moses said he would write down the formula for everyone, but I doubt that would've helped.  Stapler said – "I don't do math.  That's why I'm an accountant"

– Anyway – it's X + (Y/2) = 11;  You guys do better at trivia workouts than counting.

– We didn't go very far, but I managed 1.94 miles per the GPS

– Great to see a couple new faces out there, at least for me.  I had not encountered Na Na Na or Foosball in the gloom previously

– Also plenty of old faces — you guys know who you are…

– Thanks to Moses for taking us out and to Cousin Eddie for accepting my bid to Q at this fine AO
