4 exercises per set equals 1 round approximately 9 1/2 minutes

KB swings 

KB up right rows

Squats

Run around back section of the parking lot 

 

Round 2

 

Burpees

Skoal claps

KB press

Box cutter

 

Run around back section of 1/2 the parking lot

 

Round 3

 

KB skull crushers 

KB kid launchers 

Carolina dry docks 

Dragonfly lifts

 

Run to end of parking lot and back 1/4 of the parking lot 

 

Round 4

 

KB squat to press

KB curls

Mericans 

Low flutter 

 

Ran out of time after one cycle in the last round. 

 

 

Recover recover 

 

Moleskin:

 

We were expecting rain but it was clear and muggy.  The Q that cares moved the PAX to the back corner of the parking lot where there was smooth pavement. 

 

Probably could have gotten another cycle in if the Q would have the electronics ready.
