Bob’s Birthday Burpee Bonanza


11 Pax showed for a day filled with body building, 70s fitness, and Burpees. They loved it.

Typical warmup included:

  • 20x side straddle hop
  • 15x IST
  • 15x Toy Soldier
  • 10x Windmill
  • 10x Carrott Puller
  • 15x mountain climber
  • 10x msrkins

all in cadence 

we moseyed to the quiet cul-de-sac and…

  • 10x squats 
  • 15x merkins 
  • 5x burpees

all in cadence except burpees.

this same flow of body exercises continued to the stop sign, queens corner, and the circle of pain.  At each stop, cardio, abs, and burpees.

the we hit the rocks.  

  • 10x curls
  • 10x shoulder presses
  • 10x squats
  • 10x skull crushers
  • 11x 8-count manmakers
  • 5 burpees

Then we moseyed to queens corner again, the playground, and the big circle for another 3 exercise round.

wrapped up with the some Mary and Shakira in honor of the hottest woman born in the 70s (aside from the M) and we wrapped.

665 calories burned.  4oz of sweat from carpet baggers shirt.  Good way to start a birthday.

and since Travolta is too good to hang out with F3 now, we got in our 43 birthday burpees to match the burn sisters.
