Table for 2….plus 2

Event Date

Jul 16, 2020

As the sky grew lighter and the sun rose above the trees, Clark and YHC looked at each other and said 'guess it's just the two of us'.  It was almost bro-mantic. The walk commenced at 6:15 AM EST.  When returning to the lot, we see Finkle rolling in.  Then we hear Mater steam rolilng in a minute later.  We get right into stretching the quads, hammies and hip flexors.  Then on the 6 for glutes and back.

For those who are interested, the direction of BBBroga is to use the final segment with a focus on core exercises as Mary during our standard boot camps is leaving some to be desired (all Q's take notice) – short on time and quick on cadence.  The best way to prevent a back injury is a strong core, take it from YHC.  Using today as an example, fire hydrants, jane fondas, (with a technique suggestion by Clark), pickle pounders, cockroaches final breaths (as opposed to dying cockroach) and clamshells (will try to get Pac Mans to stick moving forward).

There was so much good mumble chatter that YHC was only offering visual queues to change exercises – Finkle pointed out the awkwardness of visual queues while looking directly through the uprights during the pickle poudners.

Conversation about Two Sons covered the business angle (FYI the food truck is in service until all the meat he had frozen is gone) then quickly pivoted to the naming of Master Baster during his brief participation in F3.  Clark was quick to point out that it was Abrams, not Clark, who came up with that name.  Clark still takes credit for naming the principal of LCS 'Banana Hammock' who has since never returned.

Mater pointed out that he and Finkle may want to consider bringing a shirt to change into between SVU and BBBroga.  His moisture wicking shirt wicked all sweat onto the towel he was laying on.  Kind of like stretching on a giant diaper as opposed to on a yoga mat.

TClaps to Marker for posting the back blast from BBBroga on 7/14….and still naming YHC as the queue.  Much appreciated.

Namaste brothers – hope to see more of you with us next week.
