  • Slow Mosey around parking lot
    • High Knees

    • Carioka
  • SSH 20 IC
  • CP 10 IC
  • WM 8 IC
  • Arm Circles F/R

Main Set

  • Mosey to the blocks
  • Billy Madison
    • Run around bus lot (track)
    • Add one of the following exercises after each lap, repeating all the previous ones
      • Squat x 6 IC        
      • Chest Press x 6 IC              
      • LBC x 6 IC           
      • Curl x 6 IC           
      • Plank-jack x 6 IC
      • Shoulder Press x 6 IC              
      • CDD x 6 IC          
      • Bent-o-row x 6 IC              
      • Peter Parker x 6 IC              
      • Skull Crusher x 6 IC              
      • Swing x 12 OYO   
      • Burpee x 12 OYO              
    • Repeato (each round represents one grade)
    • Put the blocks away
