(1) Suicide Runs (a) After lap 1: 10 merkins; After Lap 2: 20 merkins, (b) 20 squat; 40 squats, (c) 30 LBC, 60 LBC
*We did optional exercises in between while we waited for the 6 to include LBCs, The W, and WW2 situps

Round 1: 100 rock curls while other partner runs 30 yards and back
