The big tire was at this corner so we rolled it back to the first corner

15 block curls in cadence
Run to second corner and hold Al Gore for 30 seconds. Here we discussed the wonders of the Internet and how we go at all to Alcor and looked at a really big humongous beetle
Next we ran over to the fountain area and grab the fountain or a bench for 20 dips and cadence
Then run to fourth corner and did 15 lunges and cadence
Ran back to the first corner and did 15 skull crushers in cadence
Ran to the second corner and did 15 reverse lunges in cadence
Ran to the third corner and did 15 Carolina Dry docks or for Blackbeard North Carolina State dry docks in cadence
Ran to fourth corner and did 15 monkey humpers in cadence
Ran back to first corner and did 10 overhead press and cadence then put the blocks back
