Welcome back to Burgoo who had been missing most of the year. Good start to training for the HH.

Crocs gets the endurance award for driving back from Panama City yesterday and still posting – strong work.

Top Gun got new tubes and was rolling strong. Too bad he didn't get to use the bike during the workout. Nice work.

Toxic is in between vacations but still posting every day. Great job.

Amen is successfully avoiding the Dr. P and getting stronger and fitter. Well done brother, keep that going.

The Force was dissapointed in the late PB. I hope I made it for it with mud, sweat, and spiders plus this rapid fire BB – I will do better next time.

Zare was quiet today but still proceeded to grab one of the biggest rocks and show us older guys the power of youth – well done.

Thanks for joining me on the adventure today. It was a good start to the day. Get on the calendar and sign up to Q.

Stay safe
