The route for today's fartlek was the Mickey D's (McDonald's) 5 Mile loop. (Wynfield Pkwy -> Greenway -> Crossfit Hill -> Gilead Rd -> McD's -> Yard Art -> Greenway -> Wynfield Pkwy)
Pax were allowed to order their own fartlek (kiddie, small, medium, large, value size) either in terms of time or distance.

Always good to get out there in the morning and run/chat with the guys that participate at this AO. No Grimaces were seen just plenty of runners who said I'm Lovin It and were happy they started their Tuesday at Fartlek.
