Mosey to the pull up bars

Breakup into two groups

3 sets Try for 10 Pull-ups/ while the other group doing a different variety of planking each set and swap it up

1 set of leg lifts to the center while the other group is doing some sort of planking and swap it up

1 set of leg lifts to the right while the other group is doing some sort of planking and swap it up

1 set of leg lifts to the left while the other group is doing some sort of planking and swap it up

Mosey to the block pile and circle up on the band field

20 Dead lifts IC

10 Milk jugs IC

20 Dead lifts IC

Blocks up mosey to the front of the gym

20 V-ups IC

bear crawl to the end of the first island

Reflection: I have used this reflection before, but I still need to read it every once in awhile. 

Philippians 4:12-13 (NLT) – I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.

We can be content in any situation with Christ.
