Great job ladies!-98 degrees and Frogger were quick to complain that we didn’t have medals for our workout. Well, men, you have to be good enough to earn them first.-It was great to see some Estate OG faces in the pax today (Calypso, BEP). Great group for a good old fashioned bootcamp.-The Force has amazing form on Apollo Ono’s…and a potty mouth if you forget to include him in the namorama (I’ll send you proof if you ask me)-Tantrum emerged from the gloom about halfway into the beatdown. Did he get lost during his Excelsior Q?-Baller is still a beast and led the way for most of the morning followed closely by Calypso (once they figured out the pattern)-Turnpike was in his usual form when we sent him around the shelter, he never came back. How do you get lost running around a 500 square foot building?-Seems like Crab Legs got a great workout today despite refusing to do most things prescribed by the Q. Thanks for the Monkey Humpers idea. It looked like he was enjoying doing them on his own beforehand. Maybe next time, we will just follow his lead for the entire time. I’m sure we’d all be better off.-66 led the COT with a great reminder that we are all here for each other. F3 is a great resource to come alongside a brother and either offer a shoulder or ask for one. Aye!
