- 3 sets of Lawnmowers, 12x R/L, 10x R/L, 8x R/L IC – Bear crawl around circle
- 3 set of Squats, 12x, 10x, 8x IC – Bear crawl around circle
- 3 sets of Skull Crushers, 12x, 10, 8x IC – Bear crawl around circle
- Mosey to Pull Up bars – 10 burpees with pull up
- A littler Air Born Mind Bender into Flutter Kicks x 15 IC
- Mosey back to blocks for Jack Webb – 1-5 and 5-1
