30 Pax came out to see how YHC managed to make it around the big ball fifty times, since YHC could easily be dead or in jail by now.
YHC wanted to do a play on 50, so decided at 0430 this AM to download an app and come up with some monstrosity of a workout. It went like this:

YHC had a timer that called an excercise that the Pax had to do AMRAP for 50 seconds, rest for 10 sec, then the next excercise.
The order was:
Merkins, Low Curl, Overhead Press, Squats, Decline Merkins, High Curl, Skull Crusher, Forward Lunge, Incline Merkin, Full Curl, Upright Row, Reverse Lunge, Chest Press, and The Traveler.
2 minute mobility moment with some Pidgeon and Downward Dog, then
Repeato the entire circuit.

YHC was humbled and honored that 29x of LKN's finest would come out to share the gloom and pain and yet give "Respect". Truelly YHC doesn't deserve such homage, but was proud and humbled to lead these fine HIMs this morning. Considering how close I've come to perishing by various means over the last half century: a near mid-air collision in a T-34 and again in an F-14, running out of fuel 1 second after touchdown, locking up an engine from loss of all oil right after a carrier landing, ripping the tailhook off on another carrier landing, almost hitting the fantail of the carrier on another landing, crew member on a submarine that was flooding, being under mortar attack in Iraq 68 times (not that I was keeping count), racing superbikes as a hobby for ten years, and the varous other stupid stuff and near misses over the years, the only reason I'm still here is that the Sky Q must have some purpose for His servant. Hopefully, when the time comes, I can live up to His expectations and do His will. Amen.
